Το παρακάτω κείμενο είναι μια πλήρης περιγραφή του νέου, υπό ανάπτυξη ακινήτου, δίνοντας όλες τις λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, το concept, τη λειτουργία και τις εμπειρίες που θα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του.
In a setting of unconventional natural beauty on the island of Sifnos, Sifnos Mine promises a serene, relaxing stay, true to the authentic, warm hospitality that describes the Cyclades Islands. In constant communication with local nature, the hotel combines the "wildness" of the surrounding hills and small gorge with enchanting views of the Aegean Sea and the sunset to create the perfect backdrop for a unique, upgraded holiday experience that will fascinate all kinds of tourists, from nature lovers to alternative vacation seekers.
The experience at Sifnos Mine is based on five predefined "pathways", touchable and untouchable, that guests are welcome to explore. Acknowledging the rich tradition and versatile nature of Sifnos, the hotel offers specific abstract pathways that will allow visitors to dive into the history, culture, spiritual nature, and wellness mentality of the island by participating in well-thought-out, original experiences on the hotel premises, such as arts and crafts labs focused on pottery and metalworking, culinary activities, like cultivating local products and cooking traditional recipes, and wellness experiences, with the most prominent one being the sunset guided meditation sessions in the protected nature zone of the property. In addition, as hiking is a widely popular activity in Sifnos, the actual pathways that cover the island are a perfect opportunity for an elevated hiking experience. The hotel facilitates hiking activities by offering specialized concierge services that provide relevant information about the different paths, mini hiking kits with the essentials, and specially created audio podcasts to ensure that guests will discover Sifnos's natural wonders, historical monuments, and cultural landmarks.
Wishing to lead its guests to a renewed, pure lifestyle, Sifnos Mine offers a unique stay of relaxation, combining traditional Sifnian elements with high-end accommodation. Το πρώτο στάδιο των Υπηρεσιών μας, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει την Έρευνα & τη Μελέτη Τυπολογίας, βοήθησε τους ιδιοκτήτες ξενοδοχείων να λάβουν τις τελικές τους αποφάσεις σχετικά με την Τυπολογία του ξενοδοχείου (τύπος ιδιοκτησίας, τύποι δωματίων, χώροι, κ.λπ.) και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά και τις εγκαταστάσεις του, με στόχο την αύξηση την ADR του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και τις δυνατότητες πωλήσεών του από τα διάφορα τμήματα και υπηρεσίες του.

Στο τελικό στάδιο της προδιαγραφής του νέου ξενοδοχείου, δημιουργήσαμε ένα αρχικό branding καθώς και τις ενδεικτικές εφαρμογές και υλοποιήσεις του, προκειμένου να δώσουμε μια πληρέστερη εικόνα του νέου προϊόντος φιλοξενίας.
Περιγραφή ονόματος
The name of the hotel has been chosen for its dual meaning, combining the island's rich mining history with a deeply personal experience for the guest. On one hand, the name is inspired by Sifnos' deep history of metallurgy and the numerous mines on the island, while simultaneously highlighting the unique view of the accommodation overlooking an old mine on the opposite hill. Furthermore, given that the hotel's concept is based on the idea of pathways, both tangible and intangible, the second translation of the word 'mine' as ‘something that is mine' implies the transformative journey of the guests, where every moment, aspect, and experience of the island becomes uniquely their own. The addition of the word 'Sifnos' is a direct connection to the location, making the destination evident from the hotel's name.

The logo of Sifnos Mine captures the essence of the hotel narrative, combining its name with the rich mining heritage of the island and the multiple meanings of the word. With a modern symbol depicting the entrance of a mine, the logo functions as a multifaceted metaphor.
On one level, it symbolizes the mines of Sifnos, paying homage to the island's historical relationship with metallurgy. On another level, the mine entrance represents the "facade" of the accommodation itself, inviting guests to embark on a journey of exploration, connection, and an authentic sense of belonging. The logo is a visual representation of the hotel as the threshold – the gateway to the unique experiences and paths it promises to offer.

Για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το Destsetters συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού, στο πλαίσιο της λεπτομερής εφαρμογής της ιδέας στη συνολική εμπειρία, της σωστής προδιαγραφής των αναμενόμενων λειτουργικών αναγκών και των εμπορικών δυνατοτήτων του νέου ξενοδοχείου. Οι ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού επιλέγονται από τους επενδυτές/ιδιοκτήτες του έργου και συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις συνολικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη του νέου ακινήτου.
