Το πρώτο στάδιο των Υπηρεσιών μας, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει την Έρευνα & τη Μελέτη Τυπολογίας, βοήθησε τους ιδιοκτήτες ξενοδοχείων να λάβουν τις τελικές τους αποφάσεις σχετικά με την Τυπολογία του ξενοδοχείου (τύπος ιδιοκτησίας, τύποι δωματίων, χώροι, κ.λπ.) και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά και τις εγκαταστάσεις του, με στόχο την αύξηση την ADR του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και τις δυνατότητες πωλήσεών του από τα διάφορα τμήματα και υπηρεσίες του.

Το επόμενο στάδιο ήταν η ανάπτυξη του concept του ξενοδοχείου, το οποίο περιλάμβανε την αφήγηση καθώς και όλες τις προδιαγραφές όλων των στοιχείων εμπειρίας και λειτουργίας που θα κάνουν το νέο ακίνητο να ξεχωρίζει από τον ανταγωνισμό.

Στο τελικό στάδιο της προδιαγραφής του νέου ξενοδοχείου, δημιουργήσαμε ένα αρχικό branding καθώς και τις ενδεικτικές εφαρμογές και υλοποιήσεις του, προκειμένου να δώσουμε μια πληρέστερη εικόνα του νέου προϊόντος φιλοξενίας.
Περιγραφή ονόματος
1. “Altōrre” is a combination of the Latin words “altus” and “torre,” a name rich in meaning that embodies the concepts of elevation, history, and luxury. It perfectly aligns with the hotel’s identity, conveying the promise of a superior and authentic hospitality experience.
2. On one hand, the Latin word altus, meaning “high” or “elevated,” symbolizes the idea of elevation—both in a literal sense, such as the hotel’s view, and in a symbolic one, representing excellence in service and the elevated nature of the guest experience.
3. On the other hand, the Latin-derived torre, meaning “tower,” makes a strong and clear reference to medieval heritage and architectural elements, such as towers that once symbolized protection, strength, and resilience. It also alludes to timeless aesthetics and historical continuity, highlighting the hotel’s connection to the cultural legacy of Lefkada.
Περιγραφή Logo
1. The logo of Altōrre combines Lefkada’s medieval heritage with a contemporary minimalist aesthetic through clean, simple lines. The graphic symbol, inspired by a tower with arches and crenellated peaks, evokes the island’s history and timeless character.
2. The refined, geometric typeface and the distinctive “ō” add uniqueness and elegance, while the deep brown color conveys warmth, naturalness, and understated luxury.
3. Overall, the logo exudes authenticity and finesse, reflecting the hotel’s identity as a contemporary boutique retreat with deep historical roots.

Για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το Destsetters συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού, στο πλαίσιο της λεπτομερής εφαρμογής της ιδέας στη συνολική εμπειρία, της σωστής προδιαγραφής των αναμενόμενων λειτουργικών αναγκών και των εμπορικών δυνατοτήτων του νέου ξενοδοχείου. Οι ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού επιλέγονται από τους επενδυτές/ιδιοκτήτες του έργου και συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις συνολικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη του νέου ακινήτου.
