Το παρακάτω κείμενο είναι μια πλήρης περιγραφή του νέου, υπό ανάπτυξη ακινήτου, δίνοντας όλες τις λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, το concept, τη λειτουργία και τις εμπειρίες που θα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του.
Located in Ano Mera, Mykonos’s most authentic village, the entire experience of IKISMOS aims to simulate life in an original island neighborhood, transforming the local elements to high-end design. From its design to its people, everything is set to reflect the authentic character of Mykonos, while welcoming the visitors into the world of a Greek Islander.
Situated in a very strategic spot, close to a crossroad that leads to some of the most famous beaches of Mykonos, and with a stone pool included in the facilities, IKISMOS, creates the perfect circumstances for its visitors to take full advantage of the Greek sun and enjoy a good swim.
Since Mykonos is the island of socializing, this element as well as Greek food, could not be missing from this concept. For that reason, a series of specially specified facilities & experiences has been designed, to bring people closer and motivate them to get to know each other.
At the end of the day, the main goal of IKISMOS is to make sure that the guests are totally independent and free to create their own holiday experience as they wish. On that basis, hotel service is available is only upon request.

Το πρώτο στάδιο των Υπηρεσιών μας, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει την Έρευνα & τη Μελέτη Τυπολογίας, βοήθησε τους ιδιοκτήτες ξενοδοχείων να λάβουν τις τελικές τους αποφάσεις σχετικά με την Τυπολογία του ξενοδοχείου (τύπος ιδιοκτησίας, τύποι δωματίων, χώροι, κ.λπ.) και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά και τις εγκαταστάσεις του, με στόχο την αύξηση την ADR του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και τις δυνατότητες πωλήσεών του από τα διάφορα τμήματα και υπηρεσίες του.

Hotel Branding & Implementation
Στο τελικό στάδιο της προδιαγραφής του νέου ξενοδοχείου, δημιουργήσαμε ένα αρχικό branding καθώς και τις ενδεικτικές εφαρμογές και υλοποιήσεις του, προκειμένου να δώσουμε μια πληρέστερη εικόνα του νέου προϊόντος φιλοξενίας.
Περιγραφή ονόματος
The word "IKISMOS", in Greek "Οικισμός" means any small set of houses. As in all the Cycladic islands, there are scattered small settlements, also in this hotel, we were inspired to create a name that would represent the three small neighborhoods within the property itself.
Περιγραφή Logo
When we designed the logo, we tried to resemble the island’s authentic lifestyle, and the complex of residences that comprise the island's neighborhoods, with Cycladic yards & central squares. Thus, we came up with a minimal logo, which represents the character of the hotel and its signature experiences .

Για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το Destsetters συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού, στο πλαίσιο της λεπτομερής εφαρμογής της ιδέας στη συνολική εμπειρία, της σωστής προδιαγραφής των αναμενόμενων λειτουργικών αναγκών και των εμπορικών δυνατοτήτων του νέου ξενοδοχείου. Οι ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού επιλέγονται από τους επενδυτές/ιδιοκτήτες του έργου και συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις συνολικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη του νέου ακινήτου.
