A Hotel with a modern design in the heart of Athens, that transforms your in-room stay into a wellness experience and introduces the city through a series of special in- & out-of-hotel activities around Urban Meditation.
Hotel Synopsis
Το παρακάτω κείμενο είναι μια πλήρης περιγραφή του νέου, υπό ανάπτυξη ακινήτου, δίνοντας όλες τις λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, το concept, τη λειτουργία και τις εμπειρίες που θα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του.
The new hotel in the area of Psyrri, will introduce a completely new proposal of accommodation in the center of Athens, which will revolve around the concept of Wellness, in a completely modern and harmonized shell with today's reality.
In an area that new hotels/apartment complexes pop up every day, the new property at 10 Tobazi Street, comes to present a completely modern proposal that is close to the residential logic of Airbnb-style apartments, but is part of a wider set of hotel amenities, upgraded service and original facilities that do not exist in any other nearby or non-hotel.
The greatest effort focuses on highlighting the advantages of the project in the best way and turning disadvantages into advantages through smart solutions and suggestions. The specification and promotion of unique and original facilities, will help the property not only to stand out from the competition and to be an attraction for future visitors of Athens, but to be integrated directly into the urban fabric of the city, being a proposal for both visitors and permanent residents.
Hotel Typology
Το πρώτο στάδιο των Υπηρεσιών μας, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει την Έρευνα & τη Μελέτη Τυπολογίας, βοήθησε τους ιδιοκτήτες ξενοδοχείων να λάβουν τις τελικές τους αποφάσεις σχετικά με την Τυπολογία του ξενοδοχείου (τύπος ιδιοκτησίας, τύποι δωματίων, χώροι, κ.λπ.) και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά και τις εγκαταστάσεις του, με στόχο την αύξηση την ADR του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και τις δυνατότητες πωλήσεών του από τα διάφορα τμήματα και υπηρεσίες του.

Hotel Concept Development
Το επόμενο στάδιο ήταν η ανάπτυξη του concept του ξενοδοχείου, το οποίο περιλάμβανε την αφήγηση καθώς και όλες τις προδιαγραφές όλων των στοιχείων εμπειρίας και λειτουργίας που θα κάνουν το νέο ακίνητο να ξεχωρίζει από τον ανταγωνισμό.

Hotel Branding & Implementation
Στο τελικό στάδιο της προδιαγραφής του νέου ξενοδοχείου, δημιουργήσαμε ένα αρχικό branding καθώς και τις ενδεικτικές εφαρμογές και υλοποιήσεις του, προκειμένου να δώσουμε μια πληρέστερη εικόνα του νέου προϊόντος φιλοξενίας.
Περιγραφή ονόματος
Inspired by the word “Άλκιμη”, the hotel's name signifies physical and spiritual strength and resilience.
Περιγραφή Logo
The logo was inspired by Olga Maria Vlachou.

Για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το Destsetters συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού, στο πλαίσιο της λεπτομερής εφαρμογής της ιδέας στη συνολική εμπειρία, της σωστής προδιαγραφής των αναμενόμενων λειτουργικών αναγκών και των εμπορικών δυνατοτήτων του νέου ξενοδοχείου. Οι ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού επιλέγονται από τους επενδυτές/ιδιοκτήτες του έργου και συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις συνολικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη του νέου ακινήτου.
