Hotel Synopsis
Το παρακάτω κείμενο είναι μια πλήρης περιγραφή του νέου, υπό ανάπτυξη ακινήτου, δίνοντας όλες τις λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, το concept, τη λειτουργία και τις εμπειρίες που θα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του.
Agrós Private Houses & Food Experiences is a unique concept in the region of Messenia in Peloponnese, that combines independent accommodation with memorable gastronomy experiences. Agrós consists of two main locations:
The Estate, which includes the project’s Mediterranean Gardens with trees & herbs, that are the foundations of the whole experience, a fully-functional olive oil press, and the designated indoor & outdoor spaces for cooking classes, food tasting, and private dinners. The Estate houses also a Guest House with Private Balcony, for Guests that prefer to stay in the ‘heart’ of the Project
The Nature Houses, which are located 10’ drive away from the Estate, and offer independent accommodation with private facilities.
The Experience for the staying guests starts with the secluded and completely quiet location of the Nature Houses, which feature all the facilities required for a completely independent stay: fully-equipped kitchen, private pool, private garden, and BBQ facilities with outdoor dining area. Even the Guests staying at the Guest House, which is located within the Estate, will feel the independent vibe, as this is also a type of accommodation with a fully-equipped kitchen and facilities.
The elements of food & gastronomy are at the top of the list of Agrós’s experiences. Starting from the Earth, the guests and visitors can experience the whole process of growing your own fruits and vegetables, as well as learn how olive oil, one of the world’s most valuable natural products, is being produced. Agrós’s guests and visitors have also got the chance to use all these products during interactive cooking classes, while after the cooking, everyone is able to enjoy the food at the special indoor & outdoor dining spaces. The specified food experiences include also Wine & Olive Oil Tasting sessions, while they are offered either for small groups (up to 10 people) or privately (2-4 people).
Additionally, Agrós has the pleasure to offer unique tastes to its guests and visitors, in two ways:
For the staying guests, Agrós can provide sumptuous Breakfast Baskets, which they can enjoy at the privacy of their house.
Also, within its specially specified Estate Yard, Agrós can organize unique Sunset Private Dinners for two, or even Mini Sunset Events for up to 15 people.
To complete the overall Agrós Experience, the unique locations among nature, the project’s ECO friendly mentality, as well as the secluded and peaceful environment, are ideal for guests who look for destinations that offer wellness & wellbeing opportunities.
Hotel Typology
Το πρώτο στάδιο των Υπηρεσιών μας, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει την Έρευνα & τη Μελέτη Τυπολογίας, βοήθησε τους ιδιοκτήτες ξενοδοχείων να λάβουν τις τελικές τους αποφάσεις σχετικά με την Τυπολογία του ξενοδοχείου (τύπος ιδιοκτησίας, τύποι δωματίων, χώροι, κ.λπ.) και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά και τις εγκαταστάσεις του, με στόχο την αύξηση την ADR του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και τις δυνατότητες πωλήσεών του από τα διάφορα τμήματα και υπηρεσίες του.

Our main inspiration for Agrós project, came from the local natural landscape and the rich land of Methoni, that provides a variety of fresh local products, as well as the owners' wish to showcase the area's natural richness to their guests.

Το επόμενο στάδιο ήταν η ανάπτυξη του concept του ξενοδοχείου, το οποίο περιλάμβανε την αφήγηση καθώς και όλες τις προδιαγραφές όλων των στοιχείων εμπειρίας και λειτουργίας που θα κάνουν το νέο ακίνητο να ξεχωρίζει από τον ανταγωνισμό.

Στο τελικό στάδιο της προδιαγραφής του νέου ξενοδοχείου, δημιουργήσαμε ένα αρχικό branding καθώς και τις ενδεικτικές εφαρμογές και υλοποιήσεις του, προκειμένου να δώσουμε μια πληρέστερη εικόνα του νέου προϊόντος φιλοξενίας.

Περιγραφή ονόματος
The Greek word 'Agrós' (=fields) refers to the location of the central estate, but is also associated with the fact that the hotel premises are located in a different location. The concept of Agrós does not have a specific, geographically defined point, but it covers a wider, ‘green’ area. Therefore, we are not talking about a single ‘Estate’ or ‘Farm’, but about Agrós, in which we have the central estate, the 2 houses and - in the future - other accommodation premises that may be added. Also, Agrós is the first synthetic of the international word agrotourism / agritourism, which refers to the type of tourism we are interested in.
Περιγραφή Logo
The logo design combines the part of the Estate with the part of the hotel houses. The aim was to showcase at a first glance the agritourism character of the brand, but at the same time the modern and modern philosophy of the property.
The central font follows the same philosophy, as it has a more 'traditional' character, however it is quite modern due to its condensed style. The font used in the name is also modern and linear. Finally, the colors of the logo are drawn from the color palette that has been chosen for the brand, and which is based on the colors and the feeling that exudes the natural environment of the area.

Για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το Destsetters συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού, στο πλαίσιο της λεπτομερής εφαρμογής της ιδέας στη συνολική εμπειρία, της σωστής προδιαγραφής των αναμενόμενων λειτουργικών αναγκών και των εμπορικών δυνατοτήτων του νέου ξενοδοχείου. Οι ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού επιλέγονται από τους επενδυτές/ιδιοκτήτες του έργου και συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις συνολικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη του νέου ακινήτου.
