KYRIA Boutique House
A vintage boutique hotel in Athens, narrates a greek love story from 1900.
The Concept revolves around the love story of the two young people, Aphrodite and Giovanni, which is narrated by every aspect of the hotel. The story is, of course, imaginary, but its theme and also the nostalgia of the early 20th century, creates an unforgettable, vintage, romantic experience to its guests.

Project Synopsis
The building is located in one of the most central and well-known spots of Athens, with a long history of over 150 years. The house was built in 1863, and has since been renovated and restored several times, most recently the restoration in 2003.
Both the location and the age of the building inspired us to create a concept around a love story, which unfolded at the beginning of the last century. The aim is for guests of the property to learn the story that would be narrated through the hotel and to embrace the various elements they will encounter during their stay.
Even though the property is located in a particularly privileged location, it has to face a huge competition from similar hotels/properties in extremely close proximity. For that reason the primary purpose of the concept was to create a truly unique accommodation experience for guests, which would make it immediately stand out among any other hotel in the area.
