Το παρακάτω κείμενο είναι μια πλήρης περιγραφή του νέου, υπό ανάπτυξη ακινήτου, δίνοντας όλες τις λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, το concept, τη λειτουργία και τις εμπειρίες που θα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του.

Το πρώτο στάδιο των Υπηρεσιών μας, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει την Έρευνα & τη Μελέτη Τυπολογίας, βοήθησε τους ιδιοκτήτες ξενοδοχείων να λάβουν τις τελικές τους αποφάσεις σχετικά με την Τυπολογία του ξενοδοχείου (τύπος ιδιοκτησίας, τύποι δωματίων, χώροι, κ.λπ.) και τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά και τις εγκαταστάσεις του, με στόχο την αύξηση την ADR του ξενοδοχείου καθώς και τις δυνατότητες πωλήσεών του από τα διάφορα τμήματα και υπηρεσίες του.

Το επόμενο στάδιο ήταν η ανάπτυξη του concept του ξενοδοχείου, το οποίο περιλάμβανε την αφήγηση καθώς και όλες τις προδιαγραφές όλων των στοιχείων εμπειρίας και λειτουργίας που θα κάνουν το νέο ακίνητο να ξεχωρίζει από τον ανταγωνισμό.

Στο τελικό στάδιο της προδιαγραφής του νέου ξενοδοχείου, δημιουργήσαμε ένα αρχικό branding καθώς και τις ενδεικτικές εφαρμογές και υλοποιήσεις του, προκειμένου να δώσουμε μια πληρέστερη εικόνα του νέου προϊόντος φιλοξενίας.
Περιγραφή ονόματος
Félsea reflects the new hotel’s maritime inspiration and connection to the Greek coastal lifestyle. Derived from the Greek nautical word ‘φέλσα’, which describes each of the parts of the cloth with which the sail is fastened, the name encapsulates the essence of its unique new-age riviera location.
It adds a touch of authenticity to the hotel's identity, emphasizing its coastal character and seamless integration with the surrounding maritime environment.
The choice of Félsea underscores the hotel's commitment to a distinct and genuine sea & city experience in Nea Iraklitsa, Greece. Moreover, the word may be also read or sound like ‘feelsea’, which also captures the concept’s essence: Feel the sea!

The hotel logo features three stylized yacht sails, elegantly crafted to symbolize the essence of luxury, adventure, and coastal charm.
Together, these sails form a cohesive and dynamic image, encapsulating the unique blend of elegance, relaxation, and authentic coastal living that defines Félsea Hotel.
The clean lines and harmonious color palette convey a modern, sophisticated brand identity that resonates with discerning travelers seeking an exceptional retreat.

Για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το Destsetters συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού, στο πλαίσιο της λεπτομερής εφαρμογής της ιδέας στη συνολική εμπειρία, της σωστής προδιαγραφής των αναμενόμενων λειτουργικών αναγκών και των εμπορικών δυνατοτήτων του νέου ξενοδοχείου. Οι ομάδες Αρχιτεκτονικής και Σχεδιασμού επιλέγονται από τους επενδυτές/ιδιοκτήτες του έργου και συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις συνολικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη του νέου ακινήτου.
