The SEZIAN Boutique Homes & Villas is a modern complex in Preveza, Greece, designed to present a relaxing, home-like experience of a Local Summer House that becomes the ultimate reference point for your holidays in West Greece. Combining elements of a Suburb Residence with Sustainable Gardens, a Multicultural City Design, and a Cosmopolitan Marine Lifestyle, SEZIAN shapes an independent holiday experience that provides everything you need in order to feel like a real local.
Either you choose a Villa with a Private Yard & Pool, a Maisonette with a Private Pool in the Lemon Gardens, or even a Luxury Apartment with Landscape View, your house will feature a fully-equipped Kitchen, an Outdoor Dining Space, and a BBQ Facility, offering a unique holiday concept that connects you with the West Greece countryside.
The property resembles an easygoing luxury hotel that aims to become you shelter of relaxation, with facilities like the Welcome Area, the Pool & Bar, and the Wellness Area, in combination with original experiences like the Marine Barbecue Events, the Secret Garden Massage, the Fruit Picking, and, of course, the upgraded West Greece Concierge.
Hotel Typology
The first stage of our Services, which includes the Research & the Typology Study, helped the Hotel Owners take their final decisions regarding the hotel's Typology (type of property, room types, grounds, etc) and its main Features and Facilities, aiming to increase the hotel's ADR as well as its sales potentials from its various departments and services.
Hotel Experiences
During the Hotel Concept Development process, we specified the main idea and the narrative of the new hotel, which will allow it to stand out from the competition. At the same time, we specified all the new hotel's experiences, services, and operation model, in order to help the architectural and design teams to capture all the requirements for its final design.
Hotel Branding & Implementation
In order to have a fuller image of the Concept, we have created an initial branding for the new hotel that captures its feel and essence, and which must be taken into account during the design process. At the same time, we presented a series of indicative applications and implementations of the branding, in order to convey in a more tangible way the feeling that will be exuded during the hotel's visual communication.
Name Description
The name of the hotel is a newly created word that arises from the mixture of several main words that represent the concept, such as Preveza, Siesta, Resident, creating a new concept that characterizes the unique feeling of relaxation that arises from the area.
Logo Description
The symbol designed for SEZIAN, represents the key element that characterizes the landscape of the hotel, which are the lemon trees. However, as it is a purely contemporary and modern hotel, the tree is depicted as a complete schematic and abstract performance. The squares, that represent the branches and the leaves, have strict angles and straight lines, referring to the feeling of a modern property.
Hotel Design
For the completion of the project, Destsetters collaborates with esteemed Architectural and Design teams, in the context of the thorough application of the concept to the overall experience, the correct specification of the anticipated operational needs, and the new hotel's commercial potentials. The Architectural & Design teams are selected by the investors/project owners and play an active part in the overall decisions regarding the development of the new property.
