Embracing life with a holistic Cretan approach
Erithal, a 5-star hotel in Anisaras, Crete, promises a transformative escape where luxury meets authenticity. Surrounded by lush gardens and the island’s breathtaking landscapes, guests will experience a serene, sustainable retreat. Rooted in Cretan heritage, the hotel blends modern elegance with natural beauty, offering an immersive experience that harmonizes wellness, relaxation, and the vibrant spirit of Crete.
Hotel Typology
The first stage of our Services, which includes the Research & the Typology Study, helped the Hotel Owners take their final decisions regarding the hotel's Typology (type of property, room types, grounds, etc) and its main Features and Facilities, aiming to increase the hotel's ADR as well as its sales potentials from its various departments and services.
Hotel Experiences
During the Hotel Concept Development process, we specified the main idea and the narrative of the new hotel, which will allow it to stand out from the competition. At the same time, we specified all the new hotel's experiences, services, and operation model, in order to help the architectural and design teams to capture all the requirements for its final design.

Hotel Branding & Implementation
In order to have a fuller image of the Concept, we have created an initial branding for the new hotel that captures its feel and essence, and which must be taken into account during the design process. At the same time, we presented a series of indicative applications and implementations of the branding, in order to convey in a more tangible way the feeling that will be exuded during the hotel's visual communication.

Name Description
1. The hotel’s name fully reflects the core philosophy behind it — the holistic essence of well-being and the uniqueness of the property’s landscape.
2. The name 'Erithal' is inspired by the ancient Greek word 'Εριθάλι,' used by Homer to refer to the olive tree — a symbol of abundance, light, and prosperity — reflecting the connection to Cretan tradition and the island’s cultural heritage.
3. In line with this philosophy, the rest of the property's spaces are named based on the principles of locality, authenticity, and well-being.
Logo Description
1. The logo embodies Erithal’s ethos of natural luxury and holistic well-being, with every element designed to evoke a sense of peace, harmony, and connection to the Cretan natural environment.
2. The curved lines within the logo reflect the resort’s seamless integration with nature, symbolizing the fluidity of the guest experience — from tranquil private villas to expansive outdoor spaces.
3. The soft curves subtly suggest the resort’s promise of a 360º wellness journey, with the circular flow conveying wholeness, balance, and rejuvenation. Erithal is a place where nature, luxury, and well-being merge in perfect harmony, encapsulating the essence of living well — naturally and fully.
Hotel Design
For the completion of the project, Destsetters collaborates with esteemed Architectural and Design teams, in the context of the thorough application of the concept to the overall experience, the correct specification of the anticipated operational needs, and the new hotel's commercial potentials. The Architectural & Design teams are selected by the investors/project owners and play an active part in the overall decisions regarding the development of the new property.
