Rooted in its name, Ánthesis, meaning "bloom" or "flourish," the hotel embodies a philosophy of renewal and growth—both for the land it inhabits and the guests it welcomes. Every aspect of the experience is thoughtfully curated to honor the natural beauty, cultural heritage, and lifestyle values of the Peloponnesian region.

A cottage-life hotel that provides a sanctuary of authentic luxury where guests can reconnect with nature, experience the essence of Peloponnesian heritage, and enjoy a seamless blend of contemporary comfort and traditional elegance.

Hotel Typology

The first stage of our Services, which includes the Research & the Typology Study, helped the Hotel Owners take their final decisions regarding the hotel's Typology (type of property, room types, grounds, etc) and its main Features and Facilities, aiming to increase the hotel's ADR as well as its sales potentials from its various departments and services.

Hotel Experiences

During the Hotel Concept Development process, we specified the main idea and the narrative of the new hotel, which will allow it to stand out from the competition. At the same time, we specified all the new hotel's experiences, services, and operation model, in order to help the architectural and design teams to capture all the requirements for its final design.

Hotel Branding & Implementation

In order to have a fuller image of the Concept, we have created an initial branding for the new hotel that captures its feel and essence, and which must be taken into account during the design process. At the same time, we presented a series of indicative applications and implementations of the branding, in order to convey in a more tangible way the feeling that will be exuded during the hotel's visual communication.

Name Description

1. The name Ánthesis draws its inspiration from the Greek word "anthesis," which refers to the period when plants and flowers bloom. This name symbolizes growth, renewal, and a deep connection with nature.

2. It is a reference to the natural beauty and harmony that define the hotel, while also reflecting its philosophy of personal well-being and guest rejuvenation.

3. Ánthesis suggests a place where nature and people flourish together, in an environment that nurtures connection with the natural landscape, local tradition, and inner calm. The name also conveys a sense of simplicity and elegance, highlighting the boutique and welcoming character of the hotel.

Logo Description

1. The logo of Ánthesis captures the essence of the brand with simplicity and elegance, while maintaining a direct connection to nature and authenticity.

2. The shapes within the symbol simultaneously evoke: petals, symbolizing blooming and renewal.
A butterfly, expressing lightness, natural beauty, and the transition into a state of harmony and balance.
Lemon forms, creating a subtle link to the Peloponnese and the natural abundance of the region, as lemon trees are a defining feature of the area.

3. The typography, with its soft curves and lowercase characters, conveys friendliness and approachability, while the subtle accent mark above the “â” adds uniqueness and emphasizes the Greek identity of the name.

Hotel Design

For the completion of the project, Destsetters collaborates with esteemed Architectural and Design teams, in the context of the thorough application of the concept to the overall experience, the correct specification of the anticipated operational needs, and the new hotel's commercial potentials. The Architectural & Design teams are selected by the investors/project owners and play an active part in the overall decisions regarding the development of the new property.
