STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:

In collaboration with the 100% Hotel Show, the strategy of the Exhibition was specified, according to its wishes and goals, as well as the profile of the desired by the customers and visitors.


B2B & B2C COMMUNICATION STRATEGY:

Analysis of the communication needs of the Exhibition and special proposals with ideal ways / channels of communication according to the prescribed needs (indicative: newsletters, advertisements in printed, electronic or digital media, printed promotional material etc.).


CONTENT STRATEGY SPECIFICATION:

Special suggestions on the description of the type of content (texts, landing pages - images, graphic designs, photos, etc.) but also on the basic topics for use online, offline, media, social media, online platforms, etc.


WEBSITE MAINTENANCE:

Website Maintenance and Technical Support, including troubleshooting bugs and malfunctions.


EVENT FOR THE 100% HOTEL DESIGN AWARDS CEREMONY:

Event Planning and Execution Services for the 100% Hotel Design Awards, including sending out invitations to guests, personal communication with guests, and digital graphic design for the awards ceremony.


WEBSITE GRAPHIC DESIGN:

Graphic Design of the Website with modern User Experience specifications that lead to increased conversion (with a strict "Mobile First" philosophy according to the recommendations of Google) and a proposal for the integration of hotel technologies that increase sales prospects.


WEBSITE WEB DEVELOPMENT:

Technological development of the Website according to the latest digital trends and set up of the basic tools of Google and Facebook, for better monitoring and development of re-marketing audiences and SEO Performance.


STRATEGIC WEBSITE SITEMAP:

Strategic determination of the structure and organization of the content of the official website (sitemap) according to the characteristics of the company and the Targeted audience.


PAGE STRUCTURE:

Specification of all the necessary types of pages of the hotel website as well as the content sections, aiming at the effective communication to the hoteliers and an efficient user experience.


"OUR HOTELS" CAMPAIGN:

The official TV spot of the campaign "Our hoteliers", in the context of the promotion of the 100% Hotel Show, which took place on November 17-20, 2017, at MEC Paiania.

  • Specification of a commercial: According to the goals of the event, we specified the storyline of the commercial and gave guidelines for its implementation.

  • Supervision of TV spot shooting: We worked closely with the production company and did on-site supervision of the shooting of the TV spot, giving tips and suggestions for its optimal creation.

  • Collaboration with video producers for the final result: We gave final directions for the creation of the TV spot and we collaborated with the production company for the delivery of the final result


CAMPAIGN "HOTELS CHANGE":

The official TV spot of the campaign "Hotels change", in the context of the promotion of the 100% Hotel Show, which took place on 15-18 November 2019, at MEC Paiania.
