Sun Aeriko is a new-age boutique hotel in Tinos, that presents a spontaneous holiday concept that combines Cycladic ambiance, a strong connection with local art, and a contemporary approach to the agricultural side of the island, with popular cosmopolitan elements of the Aegean Islands. Sun Aeriko becomes the perfect choice for those who want a holiday experience full of Cycladic landscape, locality, and a minimal version of Earthy design.

The below text is a full description of the new, under development property, giving all the details regarding the hotel's story, concept, operation, and experiences, that will provide to its guests
The central concept for developing the new accommodation in Chora, Tinos, is to create a modern hotel with a strong earthy character, offering high-level amenities and services. Given the land’s layout and existing structures, the concept will divide the property into two main areas: the Hotel, which includes the building and its outdoor spaces, and a separate area on the undeveloped land, designated as an innovative, autonomous business that welcomes both locals and island visitors. The aim is to diversify revenue sources beyond accommodation, while giving the hotel a socially vibrant and outward-looking identity that aligns with its modern, earthy direction.
Key elements of the guest experience will include uniquely designed rooms with upgraded facilities, lively and comfortable outdoor spaces, high-quality gastronomy reflected primarily in breakfast offerings, and a social, outgoing character fostered through interactions with non-resident guests in the autonomous business area.
The goal is for guests of this new hotel to feel they are staying in a thoroughly modern and socially engaging retreat that offers both relaxation and privacy, alongside opportunities for socializing. This approach allows them to create a tapestry of unique and unforgettable experiences in Tinos—experiences that might even inspire them to return soon!
