A Landscape Boutique Hotel located close to the beach, that sets the stage for your most unique holidays in Naxos island, Greece. ‘The Key of Naxos’ allows you to explore the island’s adventurous side and live unprecedented memories enriched with authentic local food, rejuvenating wellness experiences, and upgraded service, within a group of unique settings at its specially designed private and common-use spaces.
The first stage of our Services, which includes the Research & the Typology Study, helped the Hotel Owners take their final decisions regarding the hotel's Typology (type of property, room types, grounds, etc) and its main Features and Facilities, aiming to increase the hotel's ADR as well as its sales potentials from its various departments and services.

During the Hotel Concept Development process, we specified the main idea and the narrative of the new hotel, which will allow it to stand out from the competition. At the same time, we specified all the new hotel's experiences, services, and operation model, in order to help the architectural and design teams to capture all the requirements for its final design.

The impressive surrounding landscape, with the nearby hill having a dominant presence.
The Venetian influences on the architecture of Naxos, which differentiate it from the other islands in the Cyclades.
The special category of “landscape hotels,” which includes hotels that highlight the natural environment in which they are located.

Hotel Branding & Implementation
In order to have a fuller image of the Concept, we have created an initial branding for the new hotel that captures its feel and essence, and which must be taken into account during the design process. At the same time, we presented a series of indicative applications and implementations of the branding, in order to convey in a more tangible way the feeling that will be exuded during the hotel's visual communication.
The hotel's name is a reflection of the extraordinary experience directly linked to the island of Naxos. Inspired by the island's breathtaking landscape, the hotel offers travelers the key to a world where they can immerse themselves in the beauty of Naxos both inside and outside the hotel. From the secret gardens and special pools to the wellness facilities, guests are invited to unlock an unforgettable experience that centers around the island and its unique offerings. Beyond the hotel, the surrounding landscape offers a wealth of activities, providing travelers with a chance to explore and discover Naxos in a truly unexpected way.
The hotel logo is a modern interpretation of the classic keyhole symbol. While retaining the basic shape of a keyhole, the added wave-like form at the bottom refers to the element of the sea. This closed shape also reflects the private and intimate nature of the hotel, including the private courtyards of each room. Meanwhile, the diagonal line pays homage to the nearby beach of Mikri Vigla and its popular kitesurfing scene.
To complement the logo, the chosen font style is reminiscent of classic fairy tales, imbuing the experience with a sense of mystery and exploration.
For the completion of the project, Destsetters collaborates with esteemed Architectural and Design teams, in the context of the thorough application of the concept to the overall experience, the correct specification of the anticipated operational needs, and the new hotel's commercial potentials. The Architectural & Design teams are selected by the investors/project owners and play an active part in the overall decisions regarding the development of the new property.
