The below text is a full description of the under development property, giving all the details regarding the hotel's story, concept, operation, and experiences, that will provide to its guests.
Featuring 50 Spacious Hill-Side & Cave Suites, with private gardens and impressive infinity pools, KOIA introduces a true luxury idea, that combines pure independence with high-end service, as well as the option for its guests to fully customize their holiday experience. From specially designed Junior Suites to Small Luxury Independent Homes, the KOIA accommodation choices provide all the space a traveler needs, in combination with upgraded in-room services — like the Eco-friendly housekeeping, the special In-Room Menu, and a series of in-room entertainment choices either through the Tablet Concierge or the special TV & Sound Systems.
Having the local gastronomy of Kos and Greece as well as the Hippocratic Plants, as the basis for the Resort’s Gastronomy, all the hotel menus have a special experience to offer and a distinct story to narrate.“Thyme”, the resort’s semi-buffet, semi “à la carte” Restaurant that features an on-site botanical garden, becomes the best place for a Local Breakfast Experience, while the “Infinity” Pool Bar & Restaurant with the amazing view, becomes the top spot for curated cocktails and menus, from early noon to late night. The “Elixir” Bar with the Live Spirits Lab is the heart of the hotel's day-long entertainment, as well as the best place to learn the secrets of the hotel’s original recipes.
As Rejuvenation is about Body & Soul balance, the Wellness Grounds of KOIA are designed to create an ongoing relaxing experience in three distinct pillars: The “Ydor” Indoor Wellness Area, where guests can enjoy the benefits of Thalassotherapy, the Cliff Grove with the special, alfresco Spa & Massage Therapies with only natural treatments and recipes, as well as the KOIA In-Room Spa Amenities, that preserve the wellness experience during the guests’ entire stay.
Completing the storytelling experience at KOIA All-Suite Wellbeing Resort, the hotel’s Concierge Spot at the “Philosophy Lounge”, organizes the most amazing destination explorations, that combine local culture with activities, historical sights, and natural landmarks.
The first stage of our Services, which includes the Research & the Typology Study, helped the Hotel Owners take their final decisions regarding the hotel's Typology (type of property, room types, grounds, etc) and its main Features and Facilities, aiming to increase the hotel's ADR as well as its sales potentials from its various departments and services.

Hotel Concept Development
During the Hotel Concept Development process, we specified the main idea and the narrative of the new hotel, which will allow it to stand out from the competition. At the same time, we specified all the new hotel's experiences, services, and operation model, in order to help the architectural and design teams to capture all the requirements for its final design.

Hotel Branding & Implementation
In order to have a fuller image of the Concept, we have created an initial branding for the new hotel that captures its feel and essence, and which must be taken into account during the design process. At the same time, we presented a series of indicative applications and implementations of the branding, in order to convey in a more tangible way the feeling that will be exuded during the hotel's visual communication.
KOIA: The Ancient name of Kos, functions as the main name of the property, identifying the location while being an ideal and easy word for branding.
The architecture of the hotel follows the location's interesting territorial topology, and the logo must highlight this element. The frame in which the schematic topographic is placed symbolizes a window or even the entrance of the hotel, which symbolizes the special world where the guest enters.
In the color version of the logo, the basic colors, blue and brown, reflect the land and the sea, the key elements of the location, but also of the overall experience that the hotel will offer.
At the same time, the composition of the 3 specific colors of the earth color palette, but also the design lines in general, produce a result that reminds of the waters of marble, a rock that was mined in Kos since ancient times.
For the completion of the project, Destsetters collaborates with the Architectural and Design teams, in the context of the thorough application of the concept to the overall experience, the correct specification of the anticipated operational needs, and the new hotel's commercial potentials. The Architectural & Design teams are selected by the investors/project owners and play an active part in the overall decisions regarding the development of the new property.
