Determination of the Typology of the new property: After we have completed extensive research on the plot/property location and its characteristics, the competition, the travelers’ online searches, and the owners’ wishes and goals, we work closely with the architectural team to specify the type and layout of the hotel premises (room types, facilities, etc) so that it can claim a significant market share but also be competitive. At this stage, the basic line of the hotel’s overall strategy is also determined, including the competition set and the keyword targeting.
